The Villeret Perpetual Calendar comes in three different versions: platinum case, red-gold case, and yellow-gold case. Their automatic movement uses the 5653 caliber that incorporates Frederic Piguet’s calendar module. The below picture shows the red-gold case as an example.

The red-gold case is 18K and has a diameter of 38mm with a thickness of 10.5mm. It uses curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective. The crown is also made of red-gold and around the case are four correctors to adjust the four indicators. Its water resistance is up to 50m.
Its dial is opaline. For the platinum and yellow-gold case, their dials are actually white. The red-gold case uses similar metal for its Roman numerals as well as for the central hands and sub-dials hands. All the hands are leaf-shaped.
The platinum case uses rhodium-plated metal for the Roman numerals and hands while the yellow-gold case uses back yellow-gold instead.
The counters within the dial are the moonphase located at 6, the four year cycle at 12, the date at 3, and finally the day of the week at 9. It has crocodile straps with the similar metal scheme for its buckle.
