The Villeret Moonphase and Full Calendar has an automatic movement using 6763 caliber with 100 hours of power reserve. It uses 30 jewels and 261 components. There are three versions of cases available: white gold, stainless steel, and red gold. The dial colors are Havana brown, opaline silver, and white.

Its case diameter is 38mm and a thickness of 10.7mm. It uses curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective. On both sides of the case there are four correctors for its main full calendar (the moonphase, date, day, and month). Its crown is screwed-down and made of the same metal scheme as its case. The caseback is transparent with sapphire crystal. It has a water resistance of 30m.
Within its dial are Roman numerals and a printed date in the inner circle. The central hands are leaf-shaped and using rhodium-plated metal for the white gold and stainless steel case. Its red-gold case uses similar red-gold hands.
Located at 12 is the day and month in two separated windows. Its moonphase and small seconds are situated at 6. The date and half-moon central hands are in the center of the dial. The straps used are all crocodile leather with similar metal scheme for its fold-over buckle clasp.

There is another version known as the Villeret Moonphase Anniversary to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the first Blancpain created automatic moonphase and full calendar watch. This version is a limited edition of only 300 pieces for the red-gold with opaline dial version and 100 pieces for the platinum with black dial version.
