Speedmaster Day-Date is a mechanical automatic winding watch using the Omega 1151 Caliber with is based on Valijoux 7751 Caliber. The functions include hour, minute small seconds, full calendar covering date, day, and month; and 24hour. The chronograph consists of three counters.
This three piece case comes in stainless steel at a diameter of 39mm and a thickness of 14mm. It is polished and brushed finished with antireflective curved sapphire crystal and the bezel comes with tachometer scale.
The day and month correctors are in the middle, with recessed stainless steel crown and pushers. The snap-on back comes with embossed medallion. It is water resistant to 30meters.
The blue dial comes with luminescent rhodium baton markers accompanied with luminescent rhodium-plated baton hands. Its bracelet is made of stainless steel with folded-clasp.
The indications include hour counter at 6 with small seconds and 24-hour at 9. It has minute counter; day and month sitting at 12 and center second. The date comes with half-moon tip. The minute track has divisions of 1/5 second.
Other versions include stainless steel with silvered dials; 18k red gold with black dial. It comes in either leather strap or bracelet.
