The Royal Oak Nick Faldo is dedicated to the Europe’s gold champion, Nick Faldo. Audemars Piguet shows its involvement and alliance with the golfing sports and industry. It is produced with a limited edition of 450 pieces.
Its movement is mechanical and automatic winding. It has a special oscillating weight segment that is textured like a golf ball. In addition, it has a “Nick Faldo” signature on the oscillating weight. The balance count is at 28,800 vibrations per hour

The case diameter is about 26mm and a thickness of 3.25mm. It uses about 422 parts and 36 jewels for its movement. It has a power reserve of 38 hours.
The bars and bridges within have the Cotes de Geneve pattern as well as circular graining on the plate. The Royal Oak Nick Faldo is made in a combination of steel and platinum. It uses 950 platinum for its bezel and steel for its case and bracelet.
Both the case and caseback uses sapphire crystal where the caseback is transparent revealing the fine details within the movement.
Its dial comes in midnight blue that has a Grande Tappisserie pattern in the center. The Arbaic numerals and central hands are made of luminescence. It only runs on the hour and minutes function. Its strap is made of steel with the Audemars Piguet’s folding clasp on it.
