Royal Oak Carbon Concept Tourbillon and Chronograph by Audemars Piguet uses carbon on both the case and movement. The case is made of forged carbon while the bezel, pushers, and crown are all made of ceramics. The caseback ring is in black PVD-coated titanium and secured by eight screws. It uses a sapphire crystal for the caseback that reveals the movement within. Its case is 44mm with thickness of 15.85mm. The water resistance is up to 100m.

The hand-wound movement uses Audemars Piguet Caliber 2895 with tourbillon, twin-barrel system, and chronograph that comprises of 384 parts and 34 jewels. It has a power reserve of 237 hours. the movement is also made of carbon with eloxed aluminum bridges. It is hand-finished bevelled with sides filed by hand.
Its function includes hour and minutes, a linear chronograph minute counter with central sweep seconds hand. The power reserve indicator is located at 12 and a selection indicator at 6. Its dial ring has luminescent hour markers and white minute markers. Its hour and minute hands are both openworked and with luminescent. Its strap is hand-sewn alligator leather with large square scales and it has the Audemars Piguet folding clasp in titanium.
