Ref. 5474 is an automatic winding mechanical using the Patek Philippe R 27 Q caliber which is of R 27 PS base with calendar module. It is decorated with Cotes de Geneve and beveled. In addition, it is hallmarked with the Geneva Seal.
The functions include hours, minutes, perpetual calendar and minute repeater. The perpetual calendar displays date, day, month, year and moonphase.
The three-piece 18k yellow-gold case has a diameter of 43mm and a thickness of 12.23mm. It comes with curved sapphire crystal and a gold crown. It has 4 correctors and repeater slide on the middle. The two snap-on backs, one closed with the other displaying the movement through a sapphire crystal.
The gold silvered dial has applied gold Arabic numerals with printed railway track of five minute graduation. The indications include month and four-year cycle at 3 with moonphase and date at 6. The day and 24-hour sits at 9.
This is finished with gold leaf-styled hands. The crocodile leather strap comes with gold clasp.
