Ref. 5004 is a manual-winding mechanical using the Patek Philippe CHR 27-70 Q caliber. It is decorated with Cotes de Geneva, beveled and hallmarked with the Geneva Seal. The functions include hours, minutes, small seconds, 24-hour, spilt second, perpetual calendar and two-counter chronograph. The perpetual calendar displays date, day, month, year and moonphase.
The three piece 18k yellow-gold case has a diameter of 37mm. It comes with curved sapphire crystal and gold crown with spilt-second pusher. There are 4 correctors in the middle. There are two screw-on backs, one closed and the other displaying the movement through a sapphire crystal. It is water resistant to 25 meters.
The opalin silvered gold dial comes with applied gold Arabic numerals and cabochon markers. The indications include minute counter and four-year cycle at 3, with small seconds and 24-hour at 9. The day and month sits at 12 with center second and spilt second. It has minute track with divisions for 1/5 second.
This is accompanied by gold leaf-styled hands. The crocodile leather strap comes with gold clasp. It is also available in platinum, white or pink-gold with a silvered or black dial.
