It still uses the Panerai classic black dial where it includes its large luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers for good night visibility. Its case is 44mm where the metal strap, back and lever bridge (protection around the crown - a trademark of Panerai) are all finished in brushed steel. Yet the bezel has a polished steel finishing which gives the watch a nice contrasting effect. The stainless steel it uses is the AISI 316L spec. It uses sapphire crystal of 3.5mm thickness with anti-reflective treatment.

The functions available are the hours, minutes, small seconds, and date. The date is located at 3 which is magnified by the sapphire crystal. Its water resistance is up to 300 meters. The movement is running on Panerai OP III caliber which is 13" lignes and using 21 jewels. It vibrates at 28,800 alternations per hour. There is an incabloc anti-shock device within the movement. Its power reserve is 42 hours and it is also COSC chronometer certified.
