Oyster Perpetual Date GMT Master II is an automatic using the Rolex 3185 caliber. The chronometer of this piece is COSC certified. The functions include hour, minute, second, date, three-time zones and 24-hour.
The three-piece case comes in stainless steel and 18K yellow-gold. It has a diameter of 40mm and a thickness of 12mm. It is polished and brushed finish. It has sapphire crystal with Cyclope magnifying lens on the date.
This piece has two-way turning ring with black ring for the 24-hour reading of home time and two additional time zones. The screw-down crown has double gasket and is equipped with case protection. It has a screw-on back and is water resistant to 100 meters.
The black enameled dial has luminescent applied gold round and baton markers with printed minute track. Indications include date at 3 with 24-hour home time and second time zone, which is done by independent adjusting of the single main hour hand. In addition, it has third time zone by an arrow shaped center hand which is accomplished by turning the ring and matching position of the third time zone and arrow-shaped hand.
This is accompanied by luminescent gold Mercedes hands. This piece comes with oysterlock steel and gold bracelet and is polished and brush finish, accompanied by fold-over clasp.
Other variations come in Jubile bracelet with bronze dial and two-color ring. It comes in stainless steel with black dial and red-black ring for Ref 16710, accompanied by Oysterlock or Jubile bracelet.
