Omega Museum Collection Edition 2001 is a mechanical automatic winding using the Omega 2200 caliber with is of ETA 2892A2 base. It has autonomy of 44 hours. The functions include hour, minute and small seconds. This is produced as a limited edition of 1938 numbered pieces equipped with an additional extra-large strap to wear the watch above the knee.

The three-piece stainless steel has a diameter of 40mm and a thickness of 11.7mm. It comes with antireflective curved sapphire crystal and two-way turning knurled ring which is integral with the flange.
The snap-on back has the House’s logo and the writing “The Omega Museum Collection 2001”. It also has the year of the original “1938” model’s realization and the indication “Collector’s series number one” along with the series number. It is water resistant to 50meters.
The black dial with its turning grey brushed flange has red engraved Arabic numerals comes with printed railway minute track.
The indications include small seconds at 6. This is accompanied by luminescent white enameled Sports steel hands. The strap comes in leather with steel clasp.
