New Emotion New Emotion Second Retrograde or Academia Seconde Retrograde uses the DW 1101 caliber that is based on ETA 2892-2-A2 with Agenhor module that is totally built in-house. It is a mechanical and manual winding movement. It has 42 hours power reserve and vibrates at 28,800 vph.
Its case comes in solid 750 red-gold and 750 white gold. Both encompass the “New Emotion” or “Academia” styled case where the bezel and middle portion has the “Imperial Column” engraving. It uses sapphire crystal and has a water resistance of up to 30 meters.
The dial has different versions for different case. For the red gold case, the dial comes in either ruthenium or mother-of-pearl. The white gold case has dials in either chocolate or black carbon fibre. Its central hands are shaped like a sword which is a De Witt exclusive style.
There are Arabic numerals used for the hour indication. There is a retrograde 30-second at 6 which is shaped like a fan and has guilloche sun pattern.
It has either black or brown alligator strap with a matching metal folding clasp. There is only a limitation of 99 pieces for each case version.
