The Chopard Mille Miglia 2008 GT XL has a 44mm steel or 18 carat rose gold case. Its sapphire crystal is anti-glare with transferred black 12 and 6 numerals on it. The crown is screw-locked in steel or 18 carat rose gold with 2 rectangular integrated pushers. The case back is stamped with the Mille Miglia route map.

It runs on self winding movement with COSC chronometer certified, 25 jewels and a power reserve of 48 hours. Its vibration is 28,800 per hour. It has stop seconds during time setting. The movement is within a 37.2mm diameter with bridges adorned with Cotes de Geneve motif.
Its dial is in silver color. It has small seconds subdial at 9, minute counter at 12, and hour counter at 6. It has a central sweep second hand which is tipped with a red arrow. The date window is at 3 with magnifying glass integrated into the sapphire crystal. Its hour and minute hands as well as the hour markers are coated with superluminova for night visibility.
The strap comes in natural black rubber resembling the 1960s Dunlop Racing tyre-tread. It has a steel folding clasp. It also has a choice of crocodile leather strap for the rose gold version that also has a rose gold pin buckle.
