The H. Moser & Cie “Moser Perpetual 1” boasts a very complex internal mechanism where it is the only perpetual calendar with manual rewind that includes their patented “Flash Calendar” display.
The movement uses a hand-wound Moser caliber HMC 341.501 that uses beveled wheels and a power reserve of 7 days. Its case is 40.8mm in diameter using sapphire crystal and sapphire transparent caseback. It has a slightly curved case to give a good fit for the wrist.

Its dial is silvered with hand-applied gold markers. Its central hands are made of gold with small seconds subdial located at 6. There is a power reserve indicator is located at 8 and 10.
Its “Flash Calendar” is positioned at 3 where the date jumps directly from the end of one month to the start of the other. (example 28 Feb to 1 Mar). The crown is a “double pull” crown that assures its precision in winding and adjusting the date. Its perpetual calendar is indicated by a small subtle hand that points to the markers to represent the months. Leap years are adjusted through a recessed button located at 9.
