Mens Watches News 19 May 2007 Longines LungoMare
The Longines LungoMare has a unique casing that was created in the early part of the 20th century - the exact period is known as the Art Deco period. The difference is the "round in a square wristwatch" casing. It deviates from the usual round casing.

The scratch-resistant sapphire glass reveals a black varnished dial decorated with 3 silvered satinfinished applied Arabic numerals and 8 silvered satinfinished applied hour-markers; the dial is surrounded by a raised minute-track and features a date aperture and a subdial for the seconds at 6 o’clock, a 1/10th second totalizer at 2 o’clock and a 12 hours totalizer at 10 o’clock.
This chronograph is fitted on an integrated stainless steel bracelet with triple safety clasp and push-piece opening mechanism. It is water-resistant to 100 meters(~330 feet).
