Invicta Swiss Quality Watches at Affordable Prices
Invicta means "invisible" in Latin. Their vision then was creating swiss quality watches but at modest prices affordable by the buying public. Just like most Swiss brands in the 1970s, they nearly lost their positioning within the watch industry due to the quartz revolution.
Fortunately in 1991, the descendents relentlessly revived the brand and still focusing on the company’s original goal. They targeted at the many consumers who are enthusiastic seeking Swiss watches with an affordable pricing.
From then on, they have unveiled many great collections like the Angel, Elite, and Pro Diver lines that gained strong collectors. The reason was they did not compromise on the Swiss quality by using that high-end materials found in most Swiss watch brands.
One of their recent Elite lines were the Malaga Elite Calendar that houses a Technica 37541 Swiss ebauche caliber and has a interesting row of calendar counters covering year, month, 24 hour and day. Other Elite collections are Elite Titanium SRG and Elite Stainless Diver Chrono.
The Pro Diver uses a Japanese automatic-winding movement. The Pro Diver G3 and Pro Diver S2 are made of surgical-grade 316L stainless steel with a water resistant of 200m. With its level of quality finishing, the pricing has been an attractive option for many consumers interested in the Swiss brand.
Invicta has been making head way by creating their own calibers and in year 2000 the Technica Swiss Ebauche was introduced. They also did gold-layering techniques that helped fuel their growth among consumers.
One of their newer and popular lines was the Lupah collection. This range uses the Swiss ETA quartz movement as well as their patented brushed and polished stainless steel case.
The Gold Dragon Lupah was one of the finest and classiest watches introduced that is also a limited edition. It is made of 18K solid gold about 135 grams. It has a 42 hour power reserve and 25 jewels. Other Lupah watches are the Dragon Lupah Chronograph and Lupah Chronograph.
Another two collections with a nostalgic touch are the Vintage 1948 and Objet d’Art. These designs were re-creation of the company’s archived designs. Beautifully created are the Vintage 1948 Executive and Vintage 1948 Swiss Auto 2112. T
he Objet d’Art Moonphase, Objet d’Art Regulator, and Objet d’Art Vitano Moonphase Calendar has the most sophisticated movements and designs like moonphases and unique guilloche dials.
