The IWC Ingenieur Automatic Edition Climate Action is in support for the independent non-profit organization, Climate Action Group. It is symbolizes the world can be saved if everyone pulls in their efforts together. Part of the proceeds of its sales is contributed to the non-profit organization to work with international government & business bodies to achieve a low-carbon economy.

This watch is actually carbon-neutral where its case is made of stainless steel with two ceramic rings to represents its support as being environmentally responsible. It uses a mechanical movement on caliber 80111 with pellaton automatic winding system. It has 44-hour power reserve, integrated shock absorption system, 28,800 vibrations per hour and 28 jewels within.
Its central seconds hand has stop function. It uses anti-reflective sapphire glass on its 44mm diameter and 14mm height case. The dial is silver with yellow color for each five-minute markings. The caseback has engraving of "IWC supports voluntary action on climate change". The black soft strap is also stitched with the yellow color scheme.
