The HMS COSC has a much simpler design and movement. It runs on a mechanical automatic movement with 42 hours power reserve. As usual, it has Cotes de Geneve designs within its COSC-certified chronometer movement.

Its main functions are the hours, minutes, small seconds, and the date. The small-seconds counter which is white is positioned at 6 where it can be stopped by pulling the crown located at 3.
The position of the date is at 3. It uses luminescent markers for its minutes and the central hands are broad arrows with luminescent. The hour hands have an extra long red tip.
Overall we get a very nice contrast with the markers and counter against its black dial. We can see a very simple design compared to the other complications of Arnold and Son.
The case is high quality stainless steel meeting ISO standard 316L that is low carbon and high corrosion-resistant.
Its diameter is about 42mm that has a Royal Marine Crown engraved at the back. It can achieve a water-resistant up to 160 feet. It uses either a black or brown crocodile or alligator strap with steel buckle.
