Hermes Cape Cod Tonneau Double Tour Etoupe
The Hermes Cape Cod Tonneau Double Tour Etoupe timepiece shares its name, Cape Cod, with an exclusive resort by the beach front on the east coast of United States. The first of this timeless model was created in 1991, and the feature of this tonneau is the signature “Double Tour”. Founded in 1837 in Paris, Hermès was better known then for its leather products. Over time, Hermès found a cult following after it forayed into women's handbags, fashion and jewelry. In 1978, the production of watches began with the founding of Biel-based subsidiary La Montre Hermès.

Hermes Cape Cod Tonneau Double Tour Etoupe is powered by a quartz movement. The functions are hours and minutes. The stainless steel case is 33.5mm x 30mm with a slim height of 7.15mm. The face is made of sapphire crystal that is glare-proofed. Water resistance is to 3 atm. The white lacquered dial is a perfect representation of simplicity and elegance, with its uncluttered face. Quirky-looking arabic numerals adorn the dial, and the timepiece is completed with a leather band with a security deployant buckle made from stainless steel and bears the Hermes signature.
