Grande Complication is an automatic winding mechanical using the IWC caliber 79091. This hand finished piece comes with integrated chronograph with calendar and repeater modules.
The functions include hour, minute, small seconds and a perpetual calendar featuring date, day, month, year and moonphase. The chronograph comes with 3 counters with minute repeater.
There are only 50 pieces of this model produced yearly.
It has three different versions of platinum, white gold, and yellow gold cases. They come in polished and brushed finish with curved sapphire crystal. It has a repeater slide on the middle with screw-down crown for the correction of the whole calendar along with rectangular pushers, all with matching metal.
The case comes with a diameter of 42.2mm and a thickness of 16.3mm. The back is fastened by 6 screws, is waterproof and antimagnetic.
The dial comes in black or silvered with similar colored subdials. The applied baton markers and the baton hands come finished in white-gold.
The chronograph indications include date at 3 with hour counter and month at 6. There is a 4 digit year between 7 and 8, with small seconds and day at 9. The moonphase and minute counter sits at 12 with center second counter and minute track with divisions of ¼ second.
It has crocodile leather strap with platinum clasp. It is also available matching metal bracelet.
