The Grand Arkade uses the exquisite case that resembles Dresden’s arcade Royal Palace. It has a two-piece rectangular case with curved shorter sides. The size of the case is about 38mm long and 29.5mm wide with a thickness of about 9mm.
It uses a flat anti-reflective treated sapphire crystal. A hidden date corrector located at 2 and a transparent caseback with sapphire crystal.
The movement it has is known as a form movement, i.e. the movement is designed to the shape of the case other than round case. The Grand Arkade has a power reserve of 42 hours when fully wound.
It uses 30 jewels within with a stop seconds at 6 and shock-resistant screw balance executing 21,600 alternations per hour. It has plates and bridges that are decorated with the Glashutte ribbing, which is a linear decoration created with slight inclination and parallel lines.
There is also a whiplash precision index adjuster within to maintain its accuracy when screwed to a hand-engraved balance cock. The adjuster helps to fine-tune the beat or timing of the watch at small increments.
It still possesses A. Lange & Sohne’s patented outsized date with border double window located at 12. The main dial is either white, silver, champagne silver, black, or blue color. Its case comes in a few versions:
