Foudroyante is an automatic winding mechanical using the G-1695 caliber which is 13 ¼ with Cotes de Geneve and circular graining decoration. With 40 jewels, and runs at 28,800vph, it comes with blued steel screws and is adjustable at five positions.
The functions include hours, minutes, and central spilt seconds. The 1/8th second counter is positioned at 9 with the 30-minute counter at 3.
This three-piece case comes in pink-gold 4N18 with curved sapphire crystal caseback held by 6 screws and engraved with the royal marine crown. It has a diameter of 41.60mm and is water resistant to 160 feet. It uses either black crocodile or alligator leather with polished and engraved pink-gold buckle.
The silvered dial with black and silvered counters comes with visible column wheel and pink-gold plated markers. Coming with Arabic numerals, the central hands depicts hours, minutes and seconds.
It is accompanied by blued steel spilt second and minute hands along with white 1/8th second hand. This piece is also available in steel with black or silvered dial.
The indications are central (blue) spilt second hand for intermediary timing and minute counter, along with central second hand. The counter at 9 is able to time an event with a 1/8th second accuracy.
