Ebel 1911 Tekton Olympique Lyonnais

To commemorate its partnership with Olympique Lyonnais, the Ebel 1911 Tekton Olympique Lyonnais timepiece was created. The team has joined the ranks of Real Madrid, Arsenal, Bayern Munich to join football's exclusive family, and is the most successful club France has known, winning 7 league titles in a row.

Ebel 1911 Tekton Olympique Lyonnais

The Ebel 1911 Tekton Olympique Lyonnais is powered by the automatic Ebel Caliber 245. It contains 27 jewels that vibrate at 28,800 times per hour. This movement is specially designed to measure match half-times, and the number 245 originates from 2x45 minutes of a match. The precision of this movement is certified by C.O.S.C. The main functions are hours, minutes, chronograph; date at between 4 and 5.

The titanium casing version shown here has a diameter of 48.5mm, with a height of 14.7mm. Water resistance is to 200 meters. The case has a distinctive rubber-coated bezel, where it is anchored to the case with six polished screws over an aluminium ring and gasket. The face and caseback are both made of sapphire crystal glare-proofed on both sides. The transparent case back shows a view of the movement within. The crown is screwed in. The buttons are teamed with rubber elements to present a sporty feel to this watch.

The Ebel 1911 Tekton Olympique Lyonnais dial is dug deep and resembles the bowl of a stadium. Silvered markers and luminescent sword-shaped hands complete the face. The most distinctive feature is the football-shaped oscillating weight, engraved with the club logo and numbered according to the limited edition. The band is black alligator skin with blue stitching and comes with a folding clasp.

This watch comes in a limited edition of 250 pieces.
