Dubey Schaldenbrand Georges Dubey Edition
The Dubey Schaldenbrand Georges Dubey Edition is a limited edition of 150 pieces in stainless steel and 150 in 18-karat rose gold which is a tribute to Dubey himself. He was a professor of haute horlogerie at La Chaux-de-Fonds' technical school, and co-founded this brand known for its exquisite craftsmanship in each and every one of its unique timepieces.

The Georges Dubey Edition is powered by a manually wound Caliber R.92. It contains 17 jewels that vibrate at 18,000 times per hour. This movement is the re-edition of the rare vintage movement from 1950. Power reserve is estimated at 38 hours. The main functions of this watch are the hours, minutes, subsidiary seconds; and chronograph. The stainless steel casing version shown here is 50mm x 38mm, with a height of 12.9mm in a Cintrée curvex shape. The face and case-back are both made of glare-proofed sapphire crystal. The transparent case-back allows a view of the cult movement encased within. The unique point about Dubey & Schaldenbrand's watches are that each movement is hand-engraved. Water-resistance is to 30 meters. The Dubey Schaldenbrand Georges Dubey Edition dial is guilloche with Arabic numerals and four applied hour markers. The hands are Poires-double blued steel. This elegant and timeless watch is teamed with a Louisiana alligator strap with a buckle. Another option of strap is the stainless steel bracelet with deployant clasp.
