The Carl F. Bucherer Manero Perpetual Calendar uses their CFR 1955.1 caliber. It has 21 jewels for this automatic movement. It has 42 hours power reserve. The functions available are hour, minutes, seconds.

There are 3 subdials in eccentric shapes: date at 3, days of week at 9, and months including leap years at 12. For visibility of the subdials, they intentionally used skeleton hands for its see-through effect. One additional indication at 6 is the moon phase which shows the moon's precise position and the length of time until the next full moon.
The case is 40mm in diameter made of 18k rose gold. It uses sapphire crystal and also a transparent caseback. It has a screw-down crown and screwed back. The water resistance is up to 30m. The straps made of alligator leather with a pin buckle in rose gold 18 K.
