Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 5015-11C30-52
The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 5015-11C30-52 movement utilizes the automatic Blancpain Caliber 1315 with 35 jewels that vibrate at 28,800 times per hour. The remarkable thing about this timepiece is that the black DLC-coating on the case. DLC, or diamond-like carbon, is harder than a natural diamond and confer superior scratch resistance as well as electrical insulation.

The stainless steel case is 45mm in diameter and 15.4mm in height. It features a unidirectionally rotating bezel with sapphire crystal inlay. The face and back are also made of sapphire crystal, with the transparent back allowing a mesmerizing view of the movement encased within. The crown is screwed in. Water-resistance is to 30 atm. The main functions are hours, minutes, sweep seconds; and a date aperture between 4 and 5. The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 5015-11C30-52 black dial has silvered skeletonized sword-shaped hands, Arabic numerals and indexes with brown accents. Even the bezel is all-black with brown accents on the tachymeter scale. This brilliant timepiece is completed by a black synthetic textile strap with a buckle, giving it a sleek look with the solid blackness.
