Bentley 6.75 uses the Breitling 44B caliber that is an automatic movement with a COSC-certified chronometer. It has 38 jewels and runs at high frequency of 28,800 vph.
Its chronograph has three counters: the ¼ small seconds located at 3, 12-hour counter at 6, and a 30-minute counter positioned at 9. Its calendar display located at 12 is special where it comes in two large windows indicating the tens and the units separately.

The case is made of stainless steel, yellow gold, white gold (limited edition), and rose gold (limited edition) with a diameter of 48.7mm and 15.25mm thickness.
Its sapphire crystal is curved with anti-reflective on both sides. Its bezel is knurled and has deep grooves. It can be turned bi-directionally which is integrated with the flange along the dial (slide-rule). It uses screw-down crown that is case protected.
Its caseback is screwed down with engraving of the Bentley logo. Water resistance is up to 100m.
The dial comes in black, blue, silver, bronze, champagne (for limited edition rose gold only) and slate gray (for the stainless steel case only).
It has a silvered flange that can be rotated and has a variable tachometer scale measurable with the slide-rule. It has a half-minute track with ¼ second division.
Its central hands and subdial hands are all rhodium-plated with the central hands being luminescent. There are also luminescent square markers around the dial.
It comes in either the Speed bracelet or straps that are made of leather, crocodile or buffalo leather.
