Bell & Ross BR 03 Type AviationThe Bell & Ross BR 03 Type Aviation was was designed with the airplane's cockpit dial in mind, and was first developed for use by the French Air Force, the country in which the brand's headquarters are based in.
The movement is a quartz multifunctional movement. The impressive DLC-coated stainless steel case is 42mm x 42mm, with a height of 10mm. DLC, or diamond-like coating, is an indestructible finish that renders the watch virtually scratch-proof. The case features an unidirectionally rotating bezel with 60-minute divisions, useful for technical applications in diving or aviation. The face of Bell & Ross BR 03 Type Aviation is made of anti-reflective treated sapphire crystal. Water-resistance is to 10 atm. The main functions are hours, minutes (analogue); chronograph, date, alarm/timer, second time zone as a LCD display. Depressing the crown allows simple scrolling through the different functions. The band of the watch is made of synthetic textile with a buckle.
