The Bell and Ross Minuteur Tourbillon has a combination of chronograph function with sophisticated technical mechanism including its tourbillon complications stabilizing the watches precision from the earth's gravitational pull. It runs on a mechanical manual winding movement. The bridges within are made of pink gold anodized aluminum.

The functions included hours, minutes, independent small seconds counter located on the left of the dial, a minuteur with flyback that has dual scale for sixty minutes and 10/10th of hours. Basically the flyback allows resetting of time to zero and relaunching the measurement. It optimizes precision in time measurement for many successive runs. It also has a 3-day power reserve indicator on the top left side above the small seconds counter. The tourbillon case is located at the bottom right corner.
The case is made of satin-polished pink gold with rectangular dimension of 44mm x 50mm. Its dial is made of carbon fiber, black in color. The hands and indexes are all photoluminescent coated for night reading. The sapphire crystal has anti-reflective treatment that is at the top and for the case back. Its water resistance is up to 100m. It has a choice of rubber or alligator straps.
